1. If I need a website,  what do I have to do now?

To make sure that your website is exactly what you want, sit down and do a pencil design of what it might look like and what content you ned to have in it. When you contact That Website Builder it will save time if you have any business logos, and text in word format that can be emailed to us for insertion into your site.

2. How long does it take to get the website working?

This will be discussed when you talk with That Website Builder but once we are ready to start it should only take around seven working days to be up and running. This is determined by the amout of work we have at any one time and the complexity of your site. From start to finish, if you allow about ten working days that should be more than enough time for you to go "live" on  the internet.

3. Do I need to supply pictures?

If you want pictues specific to your business, then email them to us and ensure you get a return receipt confimation. Your site can be as unique as you want it to be.

4. I already have a website, can it be redesigned?

Most definately! A lot of clients have tried the "do-it-yourself" website makers that some web hosting companies provide and end up with an unsatisfactory and unusable mess. That Website Builder can totally redesign what you already have to make it suit your requirements.

5. How much does it cost for a basic one page website?

The cost for a one page website to be set up, consultations in person and by phone and all work through to publishing your website is $775. If you require additional pages or need That Website Builder to type your content and proof read any work you submit, there will be an additional fee involved. This will be discussed in detail when we discuss your needs. Full details will be agreed on between us before any payment is made and before we begin building your site.

6. Do I add GST to your prices?

If you are located in Australia then a 10% GST is payable on these prices. If you are buying or selling  offshore then this tax does not apply. For example, if you wish to purchase a maintenance program through our site, it is obtained from an affiliate site in the UK and paid in US dollars with no GST.

7. Do you offer discounts?

Yes That Website Builder will offer discounts for schools, churches and non profit organisations.

8. What other costs are involved in getting my site onto the World Wide Web?

When we have finished your site, there may be other costs to have it published to the World Wide Web. If you do not already have a Domain Name, this is a separate cost of around $12-$15 a year with most Australian domain registrars. You also need to have your site hosted on a reliable web hosting service. There are many around but some are unreliable and might use an Australian sounding location but appear to be operated from overseas. That website Builder can suggest a few reliable providers that should charge you between $4 and $6 a month if you also want your own email addresses tied to your website. We can arrange for this side of things at no extra cost other than the fees you need to pay for the Domain Name and for your website hosting plan. Then we can publsih your site straight away.
